Capped Labour Fees

We will agree a simple capped labour fee with you in advance for every single piece of work you ask us to do - so you will always know exactly what your labour charges are going to be before the job starts.  All hardware and software charges, where possible, will be agreed in advanced. Unforeseen items will be clearly itemised on Site Visit Records and approved by a member of your team prior to being deployed.

Labour overruns are our problem - even if a job takes us longer than we expected, you will never have to pay more than the agreed fixed service charge.

Site Visit Records

All our consultants, trainers and engineers will always introduce themselves to a member of your team on their visit prior to starting work.  Should they find that during the work they need to deploy extra hardware or software, then they will seek approval from a member of your team first. Before our experts depart they will clean their working area and return it to the condition they found it prior to starting work. Upon departure they will check out with a member of your team and leave them a signed copy of the Site Visit Record confirming the work that was completed and any extras used.

Our work is guaranteed

All of our work is guaranteed for 10 working days from the date of the Site Visit Record, regardless of whether you have a support contract with us or not.  Should the work fail during this time due to hardware failure or incorrect installation then we will correct it free of any charge.
