Service notes
- Actions upon discovering an issue:
- Economy contract will receive an email seeking approval to complete chargeable work to correct problem.
- Standard contracts will have issues fixed remotely, but if not possible an email will be sent seeking authority to complete chargeable work to correct problem on site.
- Professional contract will have the issue fixed remotely or receive a call to arrange a site visit.
- Only available to customers who use Backup Connect software solution for off-site backup.
- Only available to customers who use Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security Advanced security.
- Call outs - to be on site by next working day for critical issues and 3 within 3 working days for non-critical issues. Listed locations are agreed at the signing of the contract and must fall inside our support area.
