Our ACT! consultants will audit your network and advice you in jargon free terms of the most effective way to deploy ACT! in order to meet your needs. The network audit will make sure that you have the correct hardware and third party software such as Microsoft Outlook and Excel software. Once you are totally satisfied that we have understood your needs and expectations, and that you understand what you are gaining from your ACT! installation, then we will implement and deploy ACT! into your company.

ACT! Implementation

After the deployment of ACT! across your network our ACT! Specialists will import the data from your existing data source. The data may be in many standard formats including text delimited, CSV and DBF. Importing data bespoke formats from other contact management systems can be difficult and your options will be clearly discussed during the consultancy phase.

If you have remote users, we will set up synchronisation and set up the security rights for each individual user allowing them to have access to the records within the your ACT! database that you have authorised.

Once your data has been imported into your ACT! database we will carry out a thorough testing from all workstations and remedy any unforeseen problems. Synchronisation will be thoroughly tested to ensure that remote users have the correct number of contacts within their ACT! database.
