Specialist are qualified in computer network configuration, server configuration and ACT! installation- so we can provide you with a wrap-around service.
We can set up synchronisation via email, VPN or shared folder to allow your remote users to access your database with the correct permissions. Our database specialists can migrate data from most sources including other contact management packages or direct from sources such as Microsoft Excel or data that you have acquired from a mailing house straight into ACT!.
If you wish your staff to have support during the working day to ask questions on how to use ACT! to its full potential then we would be happy to arrange a telephone support agreement with Sage that will maintain your employee productivity.
ACT! Support Contracts
Our customer who have a support contract with us enjoy total piece of mind when using their network and ACT! installation. They know that their ACT! database has nightly backup to a secure remote location and that their servers are monitored. In addition they get a 20% discount on ACT! upgrades, additional license purchases and call out charges.
