SBS user login and printers
To ensure security and to protect you network, SBS has a secure login in method which checks that you have permission to access the network resources. SBS Managing your mailbox size
When your Outlook mailbox is held on a Microsoft Exchange Server (as will be the case if your business uses a Small Business Server) there will a limit on the mailbox size. When you approach this limit you will receive notifications in Outlook indicating that this is the case. If you do not act on these notifications then you will eventually not be able to send or receive any further email. Limits are set to protect the performance of your server and prevent misuse bring the service to a grinding holt. Use the guide below to manage your mailbox size.
