Small Business Server (SBS) helps you keep your data more secure and your company more productive. It provides many of the features used by larger companies, such as email, Internet connectivity, internal websites, remote access, support for mobile devices, file and printer sharing and local backup.

SBS user login and printers

To ensure security and to protect you network, SBS has a secure login in method which checks that you have permission to access the network resources.  Once you have successfully logged in you can easily find and use network resources such as printers.  This guide shows you how to login and add a network printer to your computer.

SBS Outlook Web Access

With SBS Outlook Web Access (OWA) you can work anytime, anywhere! OWA allows you to get full access to all of your email folders, contacts, calendars, tasks and public folders using Internet Explorer from anywhere in the world.  Use this guide to start accessing your Outlook folders when you are out the office.

SBS Managing your mailbox size

When your Outlook mailbox is held on a Microsoft Exchange Server (as will be the case if your business uses a Small Business Server) there will a limit on the mailbox size. When you approach this limit you will receive notifications in Outlook indicating that this is the case. If you do not act on these notifications then you will eventually not be able to send or receive any further email. Limits are set to protect the performance of your server and prevent misuse bring the service to a grinding holt.  Use the guide below to manage your mailbox size.
