ACT! Activities

All activities are linked to your calendar, which shows your availability, so that you and your colleagues can make a day as productive as possible.  With ACT! you'll never forget a task or miss a deadline again.

ACT! History

ACT! by Sage 2010 records all actions you take that relate to a contact, company, or group. Contact histories provide chronological information about your relationships.  ACT! automatically generates histories when you clear an activity from your calendar, send an email message (if you have set the record history option), win an opportunity and so on. ACT! also creates histories when you change data in a field. You can also manually record a history at any time to document an action, such as when you print a letter or respond to an unscheduled call with a contact.

ACT! History is a powerful tool that helps your business team develop deeper relationships with your contacts and reduces the business risk should a key member of your team leave, since all communication will be recorded in ACT!
