ACT! by Sage 2010 Dashboards and Reporting
ACT! by Sage 2010 provides powerful dashboard functionality and a report engine for you to get an insight into your business performance.
ACT! Dashboard
Dashboards provide you with one location where you can view and work with important information, such as:
- Daily schedules
- Activity lists
- Top opportunities
- Sales figures
ACT! by Sage 2010 provides several default Dashboards to help you get started. Each default Dashboard includes one or more components. These components display different types of data from the database. After you enter contacts and opportunities information in the database and schedule activities, this information appears in a default Dashboard. You can click a Dashboard component to navigate to another ACT! view and perform tasks like scheduling activities. You can also filter components to change the display of data. You can use the Dashboard Designer to edit the default Dashboards and to create custom Dashboards. You can copy and print Dashboards. You can also set a preference to make the Dashboard your default startup view.
ACT! Reports
ACT! by Sage 2010 reports are consolidated into a split screen with all reports listed in the lower section. You can then select your favourite reports which are then dynamically added to the top portion of the split view - this is similar to Sage 50 Accounts. ACT! comes with many predefined reports, but you able to create your tailored reports specific to your needs. Some of the new reports available in ACT! by Sage 2010 are:
- Opportunities by Process and Status
- Pipeline by Process
- Pipeline with Detail
- Won Opportunities
- Won Opportunities by Summary, Competitor, Reason, and Record Manager
- Opportunities by Actual and Estimated Close Month and Date
- Opportunities by Record Manager
