The ACT! merge function ensures that you increase user productivity whilst ensuring that a professional and consistent message is sent to recipients.  When a mail merge is completed ACT! makes it easy for you to record the communication in each contacts history saving you time and removing the need for paper copies.

ACT! by Sage 2010 has an inbuilt email marketing engine that connects to an online service provided by Swiftpage. Using email marketing you can reach prospects and customers faster and at a lower cost.  The Switfpage services allows you to:

You can create graphical email templates with Swiftpage using its simple online editor, or import your own HTML. Then send these emails directly to your ACT! Contacts, Companies, Lookups and Groups from yourself or on behalf of your sales team members.

Swiftpage tracks your emails and provides feedback about your customers. This is important as a customer who has opened previous emails from you five times and has clicked on three links, is likely more interested than someone who opened an email once and didn't click any link.
