An opportunity is a potential sale to a contact. You can track ACT! Opportunities from beginning to end through the sales process, which is divided into stages. At each stage you can determine the likelihood that the sales will close and you can use this information to determine your sales pipeline. By tracking your sales pipeline you can forecast cash flow and focus your attention where it most counts.
The aim of ACT! Opportunities is to manage your enquiries from first interaction through to receiving the order - ensuring no lead is dropped and driving revenue for your business.
ACT! Opportunities
In ACT! by Sage 2010 an Opportunity has the same level status as Contacts, Groups and Companies. This means that you can perform lookups, attach notes, history and documents direct to an Opportunity, which are just some of the features that we can also apply to contact, group and company records. The layout of the Opportunity screen is fully customisable so we can redesign the layout to represent the way you do business.
